We want to keep the Beacon family in the loop about all sorts of different things, and some of those things are easier than others.

After a few discussions, it was mutually decided by Elisa “Brulée” Best and Beacon that she will be heading to something new after the month of November. Elisa has been a wonderful part of the team at camp, and we consider her a true part of the Beacon family. The needs in the area of food services and hospitality at any camp are becoming increasingly complex and the role has changed a great deal, even over the two years that Elisa has been with us.

We’re excited to see what’s next, and to know that Brulée will never been too far away from camp. We’ll be putting our heads together over the next little while to talk about what we’re going to be looking for in the next food services staff person at Beacon, so stay tuned and we’ll let you know!
