In preparation for 2019, Beacon is looking to bring on an additional member of the team for the months of May to September. As many of you know Luke and Alyssa LaRocque (“Kodiak” and “Dash”) recently welcomed a new family member in the form of an adopted son. As they transition into life with the new little guy, Beacon will continue to move forward with all the great programs and plans that we have for this year.

The Program Coordinator will act as a support person for Alyssa in her role as Program Director, as well as Maddie Hockley in her role as Office Coordinator. The person we need is quick-thinking, friendly, organized and has a passion for seeing others succeed. This position is being supported by Friends of Beacon in a way that is more like the year-round staff positions at camp, but for only a few months of the year. Details will be discussed with candidates before they make a decision.

At this point, the Program Coordinator position is in place for 2019 only. Please take a look at the position description below and consider whether God is calling you to serve at camp this summer in this way. With the summer quickly approaching, we’d love to talk to you!
