The camp schedule below outlines the basics of all the sessions that Beacon offers, including dates and fees. Camp fees below covers all meals, programming materials, craft items, activities and awards a camper will need during a camp session. Transportation to camp is not included, but a bus spot can be reserved during the registration process for a minimal cost.
When paying online, payment can only be made through Visa or MasterCard (no electronic transfers are available at this time). Please bring all outstanding fees to the first day of your session, in a clearly marked envelope. Payment at camp can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.

Camp Fees & Payment
All deposits for camp sessions are due as part of the registration process. Summer camp sessions must be paid in full by June 1st.
Payment options are available if you require a modified schedule. Please contact the camp office to discuss how we can support your campers attending Beacon without financial stress for you or your family.
Beacon strives to be as generous as possible regarding cancellations and refunds. The reality is that spots that open up as a result of last-minute cancellations are often very hard to fill. To this end, Beacon charges fees that cover the administrative cost of cancellations.
Although Beacon strives to keep all camp fees relatively low, it is our policy that no child should be denied the opportunity to come to camp because of financial hardship. If financial assistance is needed, please complete the sponsorship request form available to you as you register. You will be contacted to discuss this option in more detail after completing the sponsorship form.
