Day Camp - Transportation Options
As part of our commitment to our day campers this summer, we’re providing transportation to and from camp for everyone who needs it! During registration, you’ll pick either Bracebridge or Gravenhurst as your pick-up and drop-off location. Specific times for each pick-up and drop-off will be sent to parents before the camp session begins, but rough timelines are listed below:

BRACEBRIDGE:
Pick-Up: Approximately 8:10am
Drop-Off: Approximately 5:05pm
GRAVENHURST:
Pick-Up: Approximately 8:20am
Drop-Off: Approximately 5:00pm
Bracebridge Bus Stop

To make the bus trip easy and convenient, please note the following information:
All bus times are approximate, based on traffic on the day of travel. However, there are sometimes unforeseeable delays. If a bus is significantly delayed, we will email parents for that bus stop.
Please arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure or arrival time. This prevents delays for everyone.
If your camper is bringing prescription medication to camp, please bring them with you to the bus stop, where a Beacon staff member will collect them from you for safe keeping until your camper arrives at camp.
